I know I haven’t posted in quite some time. I have been sick as a dog with a sinus infection. After 3 days in bed and much medication, I am beginning to feel like a normal person again! So, here’s my list for the last several days…
1. Sick days with good subs taking over for me at school. While I hate to take off of school not only because it means I am away from my kiddos, but also because of the amount of work that it requires preparing for a sub. However, knowing that my plans are prepared and that my kiddos are in good hands has helped me to rest easy.
2. Z-Pack, Flonase, and really good cough syrup…my Molotov cocktail of prescriptions that have helped me on my road to wellness!
3. Good advice from great friends!
4. Spring-like temperatures! I could get used to temperatures in the 60’s. Hopefully this will last.
5. I lost 6.4 lbs. this week!!! Being sick, I wasn’t able to go to the gym at all this week. Thank goodness for my decreased appetite and cough syrup induced sleep.
