I can't believe that it is April already! This year is humming right along! As usual, I haven't posted in quite awhile...some things never change! LOL

ReplyDeleteYour September vacation sounds amazing! I have never been to the Keys! It definitely sounds a lot warmer than here in Canada, especially after we just had another impromptu snow storm this week...enough to make my yard all white again... :P

ReplyDeleteWhat classes have you been taking at the gym? My friends and I have been talking about new ones to try! AND WAY TO GO! Although it isn't about the scale, there is nothing like the self confidence that comes with weight loss! :)
ReplyDeleteFortunately we have a wide variety of classes at my gym. The ones I tend to favor are cycle, boot camp, and circuit classes. I will mix in some strength training too. I need to do more yoga/stretching.
DeleteAnd yes, it is not just about the scale, for sure, but it definitely helps with motivation. I have gotten to this point a couple of times and just lost motivation and gotten complacent. I'm determined to make this time different!
